Apartment (owner – individual):
- Documents confirming ownership of the property, or documents on the basis of which the property was acquired / registered;
- BTI technical passport;
- Copy of the passport (pages 1 and 2) and tax identification number of the owner / one of the co-owners of the property.
(!) In case of inheritance registration, the heir may act as the valuation client.
House and land plot (owner – individual):
for residential property
- Documents confirming ownership of the property, or documents on the basis of which the property was acquired / registered;
- BTI technical passport or extract from the technical passport with explanation and floor plan of the house;
for land plot
- Extract from the land cadastre, state act for permanent land use rights, state act of land ownership, land lease agreement;
- Copy of the passport (pages 1 and 2) and tax identification number of the owner / one of the co-owners of the property.

- Constituent and registration documents of the Client;
Land plot (owner – legal entity):
- Documents confirming ownership of the land plot (extract from the land cadastre, state act for permanent land use rights, state act of land ownership, land lease agreement);
- Documents on the basis of which the ownership of the land plot was acquired or registered (purchase and sale agreement, exchange agreement, gift agreement, etc.);
- Constituent and registration documents of the Client.
Owner – individual:
- Vehicle registration certificate (technical passport);
- Copy of the passport (pages 1 and 2) and tax identification number of the owner / one of the co-owners of the property.
Owner – legal entity:
- Documents confirming ownership of the property and documents on the basis of which the property was acquired or registered;
- Vehicle registration certificate (technical passport);
- Balance sheet extract (in the form of an accounting certificate) on the book value of the vehicle as of the reporting date;
- Constituent and registration documents of the Client.
