“ALLIANCE-UKREXPERT” provides business and company valuation services. All work is performed in accordance with National Standard No. 3 “Valuation of Integrated Property Complexes”.

“ALLIANCE-UKREXPERT” performs valuations for taxation purposes and payment of other mandatory fees, which are subsequently required for submission to a notary during property transfer transactions (purchase and sale, gifting, inheritance, etc.) in accordance with Article 172 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.

How is business valuation carried out?

When valuating a company, our specialists consider the business as an integrated property complex that generates profit for the owner. In addition to assets such as real estate, movable property, equipment, inventory, financial investments, and intangible assets, the valuation of company securities is also carried out.

Our specialists also take into account the company’s operational efficiency, past, current, and future income. During preparation of the valuation report, business development prospects and the level of competition in the relevant market are analyzed. Based on all these factors, the company is compared with other businesses providing similar services on the market. This comparative analysis helps determine the actual business value.

Securities valuation services

Securities are financial documents that confirm ownership rights or debt obligations and define the relationship between the holder and the issuer. Holders of securities are generally entitled to dividends or interest income. In addition, the owner may transfer monetary and other rights defined in the documents to third parties.

According to the legislation of Ukraine, enterprises may issue and circulate the following types of securities:

• Corporate bonds;
• Domestic government and municipal bonds;
• Bills of exchange;
• Savings certificates;
• Treasury obligations.

When valuating securities, factors such as their type, issuer, stock exchange quotation availability, or presence in the over-the-counter financial market are taken into account.
